Movement of items within the yard is carried out by means of fork lift truck units.

Prepared items are moved within the spray shed by means of 4 ton gantry crane unit.

Work carried out within the facilities is done so under the Organisations' Quality documenation system with daily painting reports being prepared. Inspections are carried out by the Organisations' qualified NACE Level 1painting inspector.

The Organisation is able to assist clients in the transportation of items to and from the lay down facility. This is achieved by means of the Organisations’ own flat bed lorry which is fitted with a hi-ab lifting unit.

The number of clients’ using the facility has steadily increased and has proved to be of great advantage to them.

Clients are now able to deliver to our yard a continuous amount of pipe/ steel work which is prepared and coated and returned directly to their facilities or other specified locations.

This assists by freeing up the clients' fabrication yard and ensures that completed work is delivered ready to be installed.
